No matter where you live in Westchester, you are close to a hiking path with beautiful views of nature. Take in views of the Hudson on the RiverWalk in Tarrytown or walk across the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo bridge. Do the Kensico Dam Staircase loop, walk through the Marshlands Conservancy, admire outdoor art at Pepsi Gardens, or feel a sense of peace and serenity while hiking through the Rockefeller Estate. There are so many walking trails for Westchester adventurers to discover and enjoy.
Many of us are cooking more than ever. However, sometimes we want a break – and takeout provides the perfect relief. Luckily, Westchester is home to countless amazing restaurants. Any kind of cuisine or food item can be found within a short driving distance, and especially in the bustling centers of New Rochelle, White Plains, or Yonkers.

One of Westchester’s greatest assets is its proximity to New York City. However, especially during these times its proximity to upstate New York is something to celebrate. If you need to get away, drive up to Hudson, New York to admire the bustling arts scene, go apple picking, plan a ski getaway at Hunter or Windham, or explore the Adirondacks.
