Bronxville Real Estate Market Update — October 2026

A Bronxville mailing address doesn’t guarantee Bronxville schools, and that distinction can throw off your whole home search. Overall, Bronxville currently has 13 single-family homes, six condos, and 47 co-ops on the market. But narrow that down to homes actually zoned for the Bronxville School District, and the picture changes fast.

Inside the school district boundaries, there are only four single-family homes for sale right now, ranging from $1,500,000 to $14,000,000. Condos in the district? Zero. Co-ops are a bit more available, with seven listed from a studio at $240,000 up to a three-bedroom around $1,300,000.

Here’s the part buyers miss most often: plenty of homes with a Bronxville address actually fall under the Yonkers, Eastchester, or Tuckahoe school districts instead. If the school district is driving your search, don’t rely on the mailing address alone — the zoning lines matter more than the zip code.
