Pound Ridge is holding up well right now, and I wanted to give you the real numbers instead of the usual “market is hot” line.
There are 23 single-family homes on the market. Twenty-one of them are priced between $1 million and $15 million, and 15 more are already pending — those range from $850,000 up to $5.7 million. Over the last six months, 38 homes sold here, with the top sale hitting $5 million. That’s a healthy pace if you’ve been thinking about listing.
I also want to point out a new listing I’m excited about: a mini estate at 295 Salem Road. It sits on more than four acres — a stone manor with over 5,000 square feet, five fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, stone terraces, formal gardens, and a heated pool. It’s about as close as you get to what makes Pound Ridge Pound Ridge: privacy, land, and still a manageable drive into the city.
Want to know what your home would sell for in this market, or take a private look at 295 Salem Road? Just reach out.
