If you’re house hunting in the Ardsley School District, searching by mailing address alone can cost you options. Homes zoned for Ardsley schools carry mailing addresses in Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, White Plains, Scarsdale, and Hartsdale — not just Ardsley itself.

Right now there are 13 homes on the market within the Ardsley School District. Only six of them have an Ardsley address. Five carry a Dobbs Ferry post office, and two are listed under Hartsdale.
